Collin was born and raised in Pennsylvania. During his undergraduate studies at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, he worked as a certified nursing assistant in long-term care facilities. After obtaining a degree in Natural Science in 2015, Collin continued his studies at Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania, where he completed his physician assistant training and obtained a Master of Health Science degree in 2017. Collin then moved to the southern Oregon coast, where he practiced rural family medicine. He joined the team at Columbia River Health in late 2018. Collin is thrilled and passionate about providing primary care at both school-based health centers in Pendleton as well as the clinic in Boardman.
